Meagan Small

Meagan obtained her R.D.H. license in 2009 as a graduate of Tyler Junior College. She has been a part of Dr. Rocco’s Smile Team since 2013. She was born and raised in Kilgore and currently lives there with her husband, Bryan. They have two sons, Brayden and Grayson, and a fur baby, Sadie. Meagan says her favorite part of working here is the family environment and that everyone strives to work as a team. In her spare time she enjoys shopping, singing, and getting pedicures. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Kim Schmidt

I was born in South Texas, about 30 miles south of San Antonio. I grew up with show cattle and showed performance horses. I married and, in my early twenties, moved to Waco where we owned and operated a working cattle ranch and a pecan orchard. I have one son who resides in Bryan, Texas. I have been a Registered Dental Assistant for over 25 years. Six years ago I moved to East Texas and remarried. My husband and I built a home in Pittsburg, Texas, where we live. My husband raises bucking bulls, and I train and run barrel horses. I also give riding lessons to clients in the surrounding area. We attend Bar Nun Cowboy Church in Omaha, Texas. I work in my community and support several outreach programs for women and children. I have been with Dr. De Santis for over three years.

Hope Phillips

I am the Office Manager at Dr. Rocco P. De Santis, D.D.S. I have been a part of Dr. Rocco’s Smile Team since 2019. I enjoy learning something new every day and expanding my knowledge of the dental field. I love seeing patients leave our office with a smile when many did not arrive with one.

Dr. De Santis, our assistants, hygienists, and office personnel comprise a knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient-focused team. It makes me happy to be an integral part of Dr. Rocco’s Smile Team.
